The Old Taster Plate
A combination of 3 salads: egg salad, pimento cheese, house salad,
garnished with sliced apples, dill pickles and the South’s favorite cracker, Saltines.

Norwegian Smoked Salmon & Deviled Eggs
With field greens salad with  celery, red onions & capers drizzled with a sour cream & dill vinaigrette &  our housemade Ballymaloe brown bread.
                                                
House Salad add Chicken
Romaine and leaf lettuce tossed in our house vinaigrette with grated Parmesan,
and house-made croutons.

Stilton Salad  add Chicken
Romaine, Arugula and Belgian endive with Stilton, walnuts & pear slices, olive oil and lime juice, fresh cracked black pepper.

Grapefruit, Avocado & Red Onions add Chicken 14.
Romaine, arugula and Belgian endive tossed in a lime poppy seed dressing.

Sandwiches

Tenderloin Burger
On a rustic Italian bun with bacon, pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, onion
and Parmesan herb fries.

The Best Grilled Mozzarella Cheese
On sourdough bread with fresh basil, tomatoes and anchovy butter on the side.

Bacon Lettuce and Tomato
On a wheat bread with jalapeno mayo and Jack cheese with house potato chips.

Entrée

Gulf Coast Jumbo Crab Cake
Served over an heirloom tomato with fennel confit, wilted arugula and topped with
Jumbo lump crab sautéed in a lemon herb sauce.

Heart Healthy Salmon
Grilled or poached with cucumber dill yogurt, arugula and spinach salad
and grilled tomato.

Chicken a la Juanita
Chicken breast topped with poblano pesto, green chilies, jack cheese, fresh corn and
scallion sautéed, oven dried tomatoes, Pico de gallo and sour cream.
 
Fried Gulf Coast Oyster Lunch

Served with two sauces, Maytag Blue Cheese cole slaw and a  southern tomato salad.

Dessert

Black Magic Cake
A rich three layer cake filled and topped with chocolate fudge icing.

Lemon Ice Box Pie
Graham Cracker Crust filled with a tangy lemon filling and creme fraîche.

Chocolate Creme Brûle
With fresh raspberries and brûle sugar topping.

Tres Leches
Moist vanilla sponge cake soaked in a mixture of three milks with a cream topping.
