Meet Osiel Vicente, our resident Pastry. Chef Osiel has been with Ouisie’s for over 10 years. His mastery in the art of cake making never ceases to amaze. He creates tasty treats for intimate dinners or cakes for our largest weddings of over 300 guests. Osiel is the mastermind behind all of our delicious miniature desserts, and petit fours. Osiel has worked side by side with Elouise over the years to recreate some of her Grandmother Lucy’s famous recipes. These recipes, for which we hold dear, have remained unchanged for decades.
